Why aren't people comparing her to Beyonce

You know, people tend to always compare other RnB artist to Beyonce. Why is it no one is comparing Shakira's new album cover to Beyonce because this cover is OBVIOUSLY Sasha Fierce influenced. (and there is NO denying it mainstream media)
